Drum Precleaner Description

TSCY Series Drum precleaners are suitable for pre-cleaner of initial stage of material feeding procedure in many processing industry. Its main function is separating large impurities from raw materials.

It has high efficiency in pre-cleaning or cleaning paddy, corn, soybean, wheat, sorghum and other types of grains.

Working Principle

Raw material drops into the sieve cylinder of paddy precleaner from inlet through the feeding hopper. When the sieve cylinder rotates, material going through the sieve discharges from outlet. The big impurities are led out of the outlet under the inlet by means of the guide screw in the sieve cylinder. The guide screw not only helps discharge big impurities but also prevents the material to outflow with impurities.
